Last February our bar was in its infancy when we brought you our first event, a chocolate and wine pairing. Bacon Chocolate with a Cabernet Sauvignon and White Chocolate Lemon Truffles with a Chardonnay were just two of our parings. This year we are bringing it back and Steph our resident chocolatier will be making up some of her delicious truffles. I did hear a rumor of white chocolate grapefruit truffles paired with out phenomenal Greywacke Sauvignon Blanc (recently chosen as on of Wine Spectator’s Top 100 Wines of 2012).
